1. About these Terms
This website is operated by Beadsology. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beadsology.
These Terms of Service apply when you access our website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Our Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and, where applicable, natural variations in materials.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Some lifestyle and presentation images may be digitally created or enhanced, including using AI, to show how the completed piece may look when finished and displayed. Where possible, we also include photographs of the actual finished piece. Please refer to the individual product description and images for details of the kit contents, dimensions and specifications.
We may update product descriptions, availability or specifications from time to time.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Your order is accepted once we confirm that it has been accepted and is being processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or description error, payment has not been authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we are unable to accept your order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The price payable will be the price displayed when you place your order. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete checkout.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Delivery
We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. While we will make reasonable efforts to meet these estimates, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights.
7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
We want your order to arrive exactly as expected.
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@beadsology.com or through our website contact form, quoting your order number and providing photographs where appropriate.
We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your legal rights.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available through the Beadsology website, including patterns, bead embroidery designs, instructions, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, branding and logos, is owned by Beadsology, Alexandra Tokareva, or other relevant rights holders, or is used by us with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The original bead embroidery designs and patterns featured in our kits are the intellectual property of Alexandra Tokareva and are used by Beadsology with permission. Purchasing a Beadsology kit or pattern does not transfer ownership of the design or any associated intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
Our kits, patterns and instructions are supplied for personal use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, resold or otherwise commercially exploited without the prior permission of the relevant rights holder.
You may not reproduce or use photographs, text, graphics or other website content for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Beadsology or the relevant rights holder.
9. Using Our Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, interfere with the operation or security of the website, or use our website or content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of another person.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you. Your purchase is made from Beadsology, not Shopify.

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or for business losses where you are purchasing products wholly or mainly for personal use.
