United Kingdom: Please allow up to 10 days for the delivery of your embroidery kit.

United States: Please allow up to 21 days for the delivery of your embroidery kit.

If your country is not listed please contact us and we will assist with getting your order processed.

Returns

You can return any item for any reason, even if you have just changed your mind, they must be sent within 14 days of receipt. Any returned items should be sent in the same condition you received it in, unopened, and with its original packaging.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. We recommend  you use the tracked shipping method for any returns. 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. Once processed, payments, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded via your original payment method.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Contact info@beadsology.com and include the following information:

• your order number (this can be found in your confirmation email)
• your name (name on the order)
• email address used to place the order
• reason for your return

A customer service representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Please include a printout of your order confirmation in the packaging for identification purposes. 

 

Amend or Cancel an order

We are unable to amend orders. To add to your order, you will need to place a new order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@beadsology.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any further changes.
